SHREVEPORT, La. — The Chicken & Blues Festival is back, and the second annual celebration promises to be even bigger.
On Sunday, October 4, 2026, thousands of music lovers, food enthusiasts, and families from across the Ark-La-Tex will gather at the LSUS Campus for a full day of live entertainment, delicious food, shopping, and community celebration.
Gates open at 2:00 p.m. and festivities continue until 10:00 p.m.
This year’s festival welcomes an exciting lineup of artists, headlined by Grammy Award-winning gospel artist Le’Andria Johnson, who will return to Shreveport for the first time in nearly a decade.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Le’Andria Johnson back to Shreveport,” said event organizaers.
Festivalgoers will also experience Tonio Armani live in Shreveport for the very first time. Known for hit songs including “Country Girl” and the fan favorite “Help Me Find My Drawls,” Armani brings his high-energy Southern soul sound to the festival stage for his highly anticipated local debut.
